With over 32 years of experience in the construction industry, Jon Stagg has built a career around delivering high-quality projects and developing strong, capable teams. He holds a Diploma of Project Management, along with Certificates IV in Building and Construction, Business Frontline Management, and Project Management Practice.

Throughout his career, he has managed a range of complex and high-profile projects, including the $18 million Riverside Aged Care Facility (a three-storey, 90-bedroom development), the award-winning $23 million UTAS Library, and the UTAS School of Architecture. His ability to lead with clarity and integrity has earned him a reputation for delivering results and fostering collaboration.

Driven by a lifelong passion for building and creating, he is committed not only to bringing concepts to life but also to mentoring the next generation of construction professionals. He believes in growing people to their full potential and building teams that thrive on trust and shared purpose.

Outside of the construction world, he is a three-time Australian Flyfishing Champion and has represented Australia in 12 World Championship events around the globe — a testament to his focus, dedication, and competitive spirit.
